Does MilkMitra connect to milk analyzers and weighing scales?
Yes. The MilkMitra AMCU box connects to milk analyzers such as Lactoscan, Ekomilk and Essae and to weighing scales, so FAT, SNF and weight fill in the collection entry automatically — no typing.
How much does the AMCU box cost?
The AMCU box costs ₹2999 at the introductory price (MRP ₹3999). It connects your milk analyzer and weighing scale to the MilkMitra app over Bluetooth.
What is the MM Display?
The MM Display is a wall display for your collection center. It connects to your phone and shows the Farmer ID, litres, FAT, SNF, rate and amount of each collection the moment it is taken, so every farmer can see their own figures. It costs ₹2999.
Can I use the AMCU box and the MM Display together?
Yes. Both connect to your phone at the same time: the AMCU box sends the analyzer and scale readings to the app, and the MM Display shows them on the wall straight away.
Is MilkMitra cloud-based, and does it work without internet?
Yes. Your data is stored in the cloud on Google Cloud (Firebase), so the Android app and the web dashboard always show the same records. If the network drops at the collection point, the app keeps recording and syncs the entries as soon as the connection is back.
Can a cooperative or milk union run several centers on MilkMitra?
Yes. With Premium, the main office creates an organization and each center joins it with the 7-digit organization code. The super admin sees every center, switches between them on the phone and the web dashboard, can apply one rate chart to all centers in a single step, and gets complaints from farmers at all centers in one inbox. For a large union, contact us for a custom plan.
Does MilkMitra have software for dairy plants?
Yes. MilkMitra Plant is an ERP for dairy processing units: milk procurement, purchase, inventory, production, sales, dispatch, double-entry accounts with GST, HR and payroll, and quality records with FSSAI traceability. It shares one producer ledger with MilkMitra collection, so data flows from the collection center to the plant without re-entry.
Do I need a current account and payment gateway?
No, you can use your existing savings account. We help you generate payment files that you can upload to your bank portal.
How is premium billed?
Premium is ₹1499 per center per year. If you prefer to pay monthly it is ₹199 per center per month, billed quarterly — so you pay ₹597 every 3 months. The yearly plan works out cheaper over 12 months.
Can staff have limited permissions?
Yes, you can assign specific roles (Manager, Collector, Viewer) to your staff to control what they can see and do.
How does QR computer login work?
Just like WhatsApp Web. Open the web dashboard, scan the QR code with your mobile app, and you are logged in instantly.
Can I export payment files for my bank?
Yes, we support payment file formats for all major banks including HDFC, SBI, ICICI, and more.
